Supplication for congratulating the bride and groom

بَارَكَ اللّٰهُ لَكَ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكَ وَجَمَعَ بَيْنَكُمَا فِيْ خَيْرٍ

May Allah put blessing for you and bless you, and bring you both together in khayr (goodness).
