Dua 3
O Allah! You alone we worship; for You alone we pray and prostrate; towards You alone we strive and hasten; we hope for Your mercy and we fear Your punishment; indeed, Your punishment will overtake the disbelievers. O Allah! Indeed, we seek Your help and Your forgiveness, we praise You, we are not ungrateful to You, we believe in You, we humble ourselves before You, and we separate ourselves from those who disbelieve in You.
Sahih Mawquf, as-Sunan al-Kubra of al-Bayhaqi, Indian edition (2/211), al-Bayhaqi graded its chain sahih, and al-Albani graded it Sahih in al-Irwa' (2/171). This supplication is reported from Umar al-Faruq (RA) in the Fajr prayer, that is, it relates to qunut an-nazilah.
