اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَّآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهٗ وَرَسُوْلُهٗ
I bear witness that there is no (true) deity except Allah, alone, without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِيْ مِنَ التَّوَّابِيْنَ وَاجْعَلْنِيْ مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِيْنَ
O Allah, make me among those who repent much and make me among those who purify themselves much.

سُبْحَانَكَ اللّٰهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَّآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ اَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْكَ
Glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise. I bear witness that there is no deity except You; I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.
Sahih, as-Sunan al-Kubra of an-Nasa'i, no. (9829), Shu'ab al-Iman (4/268), al-Fawa'id al-Muntakhabah (q 1/150/a). Whoever declared it defective because it is mawquf was not correct, and al-Albani graded it Sahih in “al-Irwa'” (3/94).
