قَدَّرَ اللّٰهُ وَمَا شَآءَ فَعَلَ

Allah has decreed, and He did what He willed.

1. Sahih Muslim, no. (2664). This hadith says:

   “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah the Most High than the weak believer, and there is good in every kind of believer. Be eager for what benefits you, keep seeking help from Allah and do not show helplessness. If some misfortune befalls you, do not say: If I had done such-and-such, it would have turned out such-and-such; rather say: What Allah decreed and willed has happened. For “if” opens the door to the work of Satan”.
