اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ كُنْ لِّيْ جَارًا مِّنْ فُلَانِ بْنِ فُلَانٍ وَاَحْزَابِهٖ مِنْ خَلَائِقِكَ اَنْ يَّفْرُطَ عَلَيَّ اَحَدٌ مِّنْهُمْ اَوْ يَطْغٰى عَزَّ جَارُكَ وَجَلَّ ثَنَآؤُكَ وَ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَ
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Mighty Throne! Be my protector against so-and-so son of so-and-so and his groups, whoever of Your creation they may be, lest any one of them wrong me or transgress against me. Your protection is mighty, Your praise is great, and there is no deity except You.
Sahih, al-Adab al-Mufrad of al-Bukhari, no. (707), the wording is his, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, ed. ash-Shathri, no. (31134), and al-Albani graded it Sahih in Sahih al-Adab al-Mufrad, (page 263).
Recite the following words three times:
اَللّٰهُ اَكْبَرُ اَللّٰهُ اَعَزُّ مِنْ خَلْقِهٖ جَمِيْعًا اَللّٰهُ اَعَزُّ مِمَّآ اَخَافُ وَاَحْذَرُ اَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ الَّذِيْ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْمُمْسِكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبْعِ اَنْ يَّقَعْنَ عَلَى الْاَرْضِ اِلَّا بِاِذْنِهٖ مِنْ شَرِّ عَبْدِكَ فُلَانٍ وَّجُنُوْدِهٖ وَاَتْبَاعِهٖ وَاَشْيَاعِهٖ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ اَللّٰهُمَّ كُنْ لِّيْ جَارًا مِّنْ شَرِّهِمْ جَلَّ ثَنَآؤُكَ وَعَزَّ جَارُكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَ لَآ اِلٰهَ غَيْرُكَ
Allah is the Greatest. Allah is mightier than all His creation. Allah is mightier than those I fear and dread. I seek refuge in Allah, besides whom there is no deity, who holds back the seven heavens from falling upon the earth except by His permission (they may fall), from the evil of Your servant so-and-so, from the evil of his armies, his followers and his supporters, whether of the jinn or of mankind. O Allah! Be my protector against their evil. Your praise is great, Your protection is mighty, Your name is most blessed, and there is no deity besides You.
